1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Family Companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Family Companion provides assistant-powered request management, family budget tracking, shared family space, role-based access control, calendar coordination, and multi-language support.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and not share credentials. You must be at least 13 years old. Children under 13 must be added by a parent or guardian.
4. Assistant Disclaimer
The assistant provides suggestions for convenience only. Suggestions are not financial, legal, or medical advice. All content requires human review. We are not responsible for decisions based on assistant suggestions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, access others' data without authorization, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or harass others.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
